Love this place !! Super quiet on weekdays! I like ordering through app so I get points and a free drink after every 6 drinks. I love that I can stay in there to study. Hotpot hero is next to them so always get delicious drink when I dine-in there as well.

The best bubble tea I've found in all of Montgomery County! And I've tried it everywhere. I bring friends here and they say the same thing. Amazing, creative drinks that you don't see most places! The drinks are large and more reasonably priced than almost every tea place.Cute location with some indoor seating and plenty of places to sit outside in the courtyard across from it.Highly recommended!!!Parking: There are parallel parking spots in front, a small surface lot around the corner and a parking garage.

You can also order it from the hot pot store and get it delivered to your table. My life savor when having the super spicy hotpot lol.

Great selection of drinks. One of my favorites would either be the black sesame slush or the mango sago slush! The mango avocado was definitely new to me but it wasn't bad! Might have to try it again another day! The location is connected with a hotpot restaurant so it can get pretty warm inside here. As for service, the drinks can either be a hit or miss though depending on who makes it for you. I've had good frozen slush drinks and I've had melted slush drinks.

No thank you!Location: easy to find with plenty of parking! This is where they gets the stars, it’s right next to a hotpot place, smells amazing!Food: watery and rubbery. The drinks are bland and the bobas are hard to chew. We ordered Dahongpao boba tea, purple rice taro boba tea, and a peach cheese drink. The peach drink taste very artificial and sweet. All 3 drinks were wasted.Service: ordered quickly at the kiosk and drinks were made within 5-10 minutes.Price: $6-8 each for our drinks. Not bad if they were good.Overall: won’t be back.
