Original concept that does not remove anything from quality, the dishes are served in bocals and prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients and very well cooked. It's inventive, like the pastilla-style duck with almond fragments, or the mango mousse for dessert, as a terrine with 3 layers of very refreshing vegetables, and a coffee for a sweet price of 14€. add a glass of local gaillac to 1.5€, and the addition to 2 is unbeatable for this quality. the frame is vintage and the very friendly owner. we'll come back to taste other season flavors.
