Chicken Salad Chick - Gadsden

I love this place! I can't say that enough. I'll go to Chicken Salad Chick anytime. Your chicken salad is great. My favorite is the Dixie-Kisse and the Fancy Nancy. If you love chicken salad, that's the place to go. The staff is usually very friendly and friendly. And I never had to wait long, even if the line was long. So I recommend you try this restaurant if you don't have it.

The way they treat doorkeepers ineffective... If you stand 15 people in the line and can see a Dasher, the order they need is waiting for them, but they can't get it until they wait for all these people to come..

More than wonderful. The grape salad was great. The staff was welcoming. The young lady in the back greeted me before the boys could get ahead.

Very good places for a great chicken salad of different kinds. Very friendly staff clean place to eat. Recommend this for lunch .

The food is GREAT! The service leaves a lot to be desired!! I come to this location when I visit my daughter who lives nearby, and I usually have to be at her house at a certain time to babysit. Tried on 3/18/22 to order online via the app. Easy and I can get my order in and ready for pickup before I leave my house 45 minutes away. Except on 3/18/22 they had turned off online ordering at 3:30 pm. Then I start trying to call my order in and someone answers the phone and immediately puts me on hold. After being on hold for 6 minutes, I hung up and called back?.but they had taken the phone off the hook so all the way during my drive I keep trying to call and for 45 minutes solid the line was busy. I am frustrated but think maybe they are short staffed although I am surprised they are SO busy they can?t answer the phone OR take online orders at 3:30 pm. We really wanted CSC so I decide to drive on to the location and just walk in and order to go. I pull in to an empty parking lot and I walk in to not one customer in the restaurant, dining in or picking up a to go order. Five employees were just standing around waiting for something to happen. This is just how many employees I could see from the front counter, could have been more in the back. Point is, they were NOT busy. After I placed my order (with 10 minutes to spare to get to where I needed to be) and while I?m standing around waiting for my order, a girl with a baby comes in and says ?I have a Gadsden to go order? and she is immediately presented with the order she was somehow allowed to call in or place online and she?s in and out in 1 minute,, which is the kind of service I needed on this particular day when I had to be somewhere at a certain time. I realize the employees don?t really care how many orders are placed but I bet the owner does. I really like the food here and we don?t have CSC where I live or otherwise I would NOT have gone to the trouble to go in and wait for a go order that I should have been able to place on the app or call in. DO BETTER!
