Mooyah Burgers, Fries Shakes - Frisco

I thought this was going to be another gourmet burger place full of hype and boy was I wrong! The burger taste just like my mother used to make… Fresh and piping hot off the grill with a toasted bun that melted in you mouth. The food was awesome and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive.I have definitely found my “go to” burger place!!!

Great service. Kyle was the cashier I worked with he was very patient, understood what I wanted and was genuinely a friendly and respectful young man to have up front. I still loved he was very much himself and didn't have to be overly professional, because that means he enjoys and feels comfortable in his work place which is rare nowadays.Spoke to the manager about Kyle and she was a joy to speak to as well. This location needs to keep their people.

My wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying a paleo burger and it was phenomenal! The lettuce was green, crisp and cold, the burger was hot fresh and flavorful. The lemonade was perfect. A homemade taste. Everything was so good I went back for more! Desiree and the rest of the staff at frisco are very friendly! We’ll definitely be back again, thank you!

Man, I'm really hoping they were just short-staffed tonight with no managers on duty, because this was a pretty terrible experience. Stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes before anyone decided to send a cashier to take my order, then waited 35 minutes for a single burger and fries order that was handed to me with a very half-hearted Sorry about that from the employee. And again if they were short-staffed I would've been mostly fine, but the food was also inexcusably poor. The burger was mostly burnt and looked like a $1 McD's cheesburger but actually cost ten times that. I hate giving bad reviews, but there was literally no positive part of this visit.

My burger was ruined by the atrocious bun. It was flat and crumbly. Could not even pick up the burger, the bun fell apart in my hands. Looks nothing like their marketing pictures. It's a shame because the meat and fries were good.
