Whataburger - Friendswood

This is the laziest whataburger location i have ever see they do not want to deal with customers instead right after you order they make you park 5ft ahead of the window so that way if the person behind you ordered something small like a shake or a drinkthey are forced to wait 30 minutes in gridlock traffic while their food gets cold or melts. This system is very dangerous,because if anyones car starts having issues or if someone has a medical emergency there is nothing they can do about it, andemergency services cant get in i dont know if there is a new manager or what, but i have been coming to this whataburger for thepast 20 years and this problem only started happening a few months ago

This has been a good Whataburger to me. Food always made well and good service. No complaints here ????

The drive thru had seven cars in line but it moved in a timely manner. My order was correct with all my modifications! Food was hot and hit the spot!

Waited over an hour for a ?fast food? burger. Not sure what is going on at this location but I don?t think I?ll be back. I wish we told about the extra long wait before they got our money we got stuck in line. Terrible experience.

I have tried this location multiple times since it?s on the way to work and they have messed up every single time. i usually just deal with it and eat it but today i had no choice but throw it away. i got a potato and egg breakfast taco with avocadoand jalapeño. the avocado they put on it was completely brown and had gone bad. i threw it up immediately after taking onebite. this was the last straw and i will never waste my money here again
