Pawis is the best winzer of the wine region Saale-Unstrut, the terroir is well elaborated. that is very beautiful and offers a lot of environment. the wine tasting with 3 weeps for 5 € is a little thirsty, but they can choose all weeps to the big one. I feel more comfortable (as Rhineland) on the mosel and in the pfalz, there are more and more guests communication and loose. Because of the good weep we will come back when we are in the region.
