Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fredericksburg

A good Chipotle location. the staff was friendly, the area was clean and serviceable. it sits in a small strip store parking place that includes a diet when it is in the mood for a post meal frap or coffee. if they drive along route 1 and search for a good start place, they should board.

It is the best Chipotle in the area. The food is consistent and the employees don't skimp on the portions. There have been clean, open tables at every visit.

Not happy with this location. I come to this location for convince probably once per week. Within the past couple of months I have noticed this location has randomly been closed not sure why, maybe it’s a staffing issue but that seems to be an excuse constantly now a days with everything. My frustration started yesterday when I arrived at 7pm to get dinner and yet again this location was closed for whatever reason… then today I arrive for lunch at 1:20 and wanted to order a borritto and taco with white rice, I was told they were completely out of white rice because they had been really busy.. keep in mind this was 2 hrs after opening and after closed yesterday.. no excuse…. needless to say I did not order at this restaurant because it is an inconvenience that has gotten old… will not be back to this location for a while until they can get it together….

I feel ripped off by this clowns! I paid over $50 for three chicken bowls (no extra meat) in fact very little chickenwith guacamole on the side, but all 3 of my guacamole sides came with a huge piece of not rippen hard avocado. On the bowls the mild pico de gallo was extremely salty and had really big red onions pieces. Also they had a sign posted on each door saying there was a shortage and they had No Sour Cream yet we saw the online order section had sour cream for their orders.

Rudest staff to include the manager. Ran out of half ingredients and no one cared. Even the manager said “when we are out , we are out. All tables were dirty and manager on duty was upset because customers were walking in at 930pm. Found an avocado stem in the guac.
