Great ambience and service. You should dress up for the ocasion but it is not mandatory. Paul was our Server today and he did a great job. The food is fantastic and really original. Good fine dining place. There is a parking lot to park your car in less that a block away and also many street parking spots. Easy to park I mean.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday last night (both of our first times here) upon entering, the staff immediately wished him a happy birthday and seated us 20 minutes before our reservation time. Very welcoming atmosphere. Food was excellent. I'm from Cleveland and we stop for lunch amazing. The waitress greeters everyone so hospitable. Made sure food was hot drinks always on tap.

Visited The Tasting Room for the first time last night and had an amazing experience. For a Tuesday it was busy, so I would definitely recommend making a reservation. The service was wonderful from start to finish. The drink menu is extensive, which includes some creative and quite delicious options highly recommend Green with Envy and the Black Martini. This downtown Frederick icon is one of our favorites! We have been to the Tasting Room many times over the years, and in spite of changing ownership a few years ago, it has maintained its high standards of excellent menu choices, beautifully presented and delicious food, and excellent service.
