I love everything I’ve ever tried from Mayta’s but my favorite thing is their plantains. I didn’t think I liked plantains until I had theirs. They are mind blowing good. Also, for $12.50 you can get a half chicken, a pint of rice and beans, and a ton of plantains. It’s so delicious and cheaper than fast food for two people.

What great authentic flavors. Loved our server who was willing to explain menu and ingredients. My dish came with a sweet-potato slice that was pickled in orange juice. Fantastic flavor My daughter had a beef steak dish that was wonderful and very reasonably priced.
