Bidrage med feedbackWas referred by my girlfriend at work. I was able to try her attiéké and fell in love as I have never tried and had to go back. Well… 4 months later here we are. I was able to get some with wild caught snapper, decided to get a side of jollof and plantains. My oh my oh… the food was amazing. The fish was fried and delicious. The attiéké was good, it had a mild sour taste which with the container of oil and onions complimented so well. The jollof was good, not sure what grain was used as it wasn’t white rice but it was amazing. FYI I would suggest ordering ahead as when I went it and place an order at restaurant it took roughly 45 minutes as it’s made to order. Overall worth the wait ?????
This is ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE MOST FLAVORFUL FOOD IVE EVER EATEN!!
Food was delicious and the portions make it family friendly shareable! We ordered the fried Snapper with white rice, jollof rice and chicken, and Egusi with fufu. Since it was the first time eating here, I will definitely go again to try other dishes!
Best African food in Frederick! Portion size is great and the flavor of every item is impeccable. I've been eating here for a few years but hadn't been there since the pandemic. Craved them my entire pregnancy but always craved them when they were closed lol. Finally went there today and ordered cassava stew and peanut butter stew both with FuFu. It was my first time getting fufu from this particular place and when I tell you the portion they give you, you won't get at any other spot! This was my toddlers first time having African food and he loved it. Will definitely come back. Tip: place your order ahead of time giving yourself an hour or so to get there. They make everything from scratch so be patience with them. Most who have complained about the wait times must not be familiar with African food. Perfection takes time!
OMG the food is great and I wish people can start to dine In to eat and relax
