Staff can't communicate to each other on what's going on. The food was ok, the server took our order and a different person delivered it. Had to ask the bar for silverware. Server comes back just to give us the check and says o need refills. Why should she expect a tip. Staff was mia and it was not busy........

Their food isn't that good. I think it's overpriced McDonalds. The service is okay. And what they charge for bowling is crazy! Place is too expensive and bad food. I'd rather go to top golf or another adventure park down in Bethesda.

My review for the entertainment, service and ambiance is a 4/5. My review for food is a 2/5. We always have a great time when we visit 4D, although like any arcade, the cost does add up the longer you're there. My main reason for reviewing is for the food. We've eaten dinner at 4D twice and both times the food was not good. During our latest visit the side caesar salad and tater tots were good. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken wrap and it was just weird. Maybe it would have been better as a sandwich. My husband ordered a pizza burger and it had zero flavor. The patty didn't seem to be seasoned at all. Unfortunately I can't remember what we ate during our last visit but I recall hubby not eating what he ordered and just overall being unimpressed with the food. We'll continue to visit 4D but will plan to eat elsewhere before or after.

Great place for entertainment. Kids (9 and 5) loved the pancakes and pins on Saturday. Pancakes were delicious and all around great value. Location is off an industrial park but very easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Pricey but fun! Love the 4D or xd dark ride! We had to wait a few minutes due to the employees seeming to pull double duty but everyone was very friendly. Only complaint besides the price is that the drinks seemed watered down.
