Firehouse Subs - Frazer

So for the first time we went to this place for lunch and the people who work there are so friendly!. They welcomed us all together in Unison (which was totally not creepy haha jk .. and they took my order to T... and helped me with various elections and checked with me to see if the subs we are good for me... I felt very well treated and served. Amazing food to begin with and absolutely beautiful customer service : .. keep it on guys!. again for more food!!!

I'm always very happy with the subs, no matter what Firehouse I'm going to, but these guys put extra efforts to place my complicated order, and I guess that.

Update: I posted the last few months, but I love this place even more. I rarely give 5 stars, but this place is so meritful, the staff is incredible, they even remember me and sometimes my name. Every time they run a drive for donations, they are always so passionate about it. This place is great, they have an assortment of practically any hot sauce you can imagine yourself from mild to super hot. Their sub-parts are mostly roasted, which is usually not my thing, but I love these places below. The rolls hold well together, the melted cheese is fantastic and offers a perfect base for the hot sauces. The theme of the restaurant is also perfect and as many others have said here a simple but clean interior with many seats.

Food is always good. It can be busy for hours during lunch, but it is worth waiting. The firehouse greeting is also a beautiful touch. During my last visit, my sandwich was given to another customer, which led to a 30-minute waiting time for me. You solved the problem by giving me a map for a free sandwich and Brownie for my problems. They were also extremely apologetic. Errors happen, but they will be easier to forget when a company solves it in the right way.

Rhis was my second visit to Firehouse. The first was years ago. I was greeted when I walked in. The lady behind the counter explained the menu and the process. Everyone was friendly. They called me by name when they delivered my sub to the table. The sub was good and warm when it arrived. Is it the best sub I've ever had? No. Was it tasty and a good value? Yes
