We had the 4 courses menu with Wagyurind for home to warm up and it was incredibly good. The compositions are madness, the ingredients are extremely fresh and cooked to the point. Create yourself is super easy and fun! Thanks for the delicious food and the incredibly good quality!

Good kitchen performance and friendly service. New, discreet and quiet ambience. Prominent wine selection. Without wanting to evaluate the other dishes, the chocolate cake is fantastic. Taste, consistency, serving temperature, that's not better!

We bought a gourmet box to the Silverster. It was super delicious and easy to prepare with the instructions. A small tip for Michael: leave the pictures of the dishes on the net so that you can look at how to do it.

How were there on a Sunday in October and have eaten the 6-course menu. Disadvantaged when you go on a Sunday, there were unfortunately some loud children in the restaurant. And an annoying little dog that constantly slept. But before the food was all very good. From amouse to dessert it was very good. The individual courses were all well dressed. What I would have found well in person if you had always dressed the courses on different plates. The 3rd gear, the ray wing was my absolute highlight this evening. Very beautifully looked and very well tasted. And, above all, very easy to eat from the goose. The 5th gear, the ridge was unfortunately too much cooked, which had already the liver taste. The 6.Gang, the dessert I exchanged for the tonka beans Cream Brúlee. The Sauerkirscheis was delicious and the chocolate foam has also been well suited. The cream brúlee was unfortunately a little bit worn as you say so beautiful in the cooking language. My accompaniment had the pumpkin Dessert and was enthusiastic about it. All in all actually a successful menu. With here and there some beauty mistakes, but they don't bother. We like to come back and recommend it at the best.
