Pizza Hut - Frankfort

Disgusting inside. Will not go back, unless it's 10 years from now. My homemade is better.

Placed a pick up order for a large hand toss 1/2 and 1/2 and it was more 1/4 to 3/4. Pizza was very hard dry and thin. I contacted customer service and did not get a response from the store. Paid for food I threw in the trash.

Lady working today was rude. i orderd a pizza with no cheese. she put it on there anyway and said she thought i orderd it wrong. i asked for a refund or a redelivery and she asked me to come a pick it up. then told me she will door dash it to me ??? when the first order came a door dash driver brought it and let us pay in cash? since when can u pay a doordash driver in cash?1/10 would not order againi got a redelivery and it came so burnt.

Getting food from Pizza Hut is a no-brainer for me. The easy to use app and cash payment option makes it super convenient for me. The taste and quality are always on point!

Food took over 2 hours tried calling store to find out what was going on got nothing but a call center who couldn’t tell me anything that I didn’t already know when my food did finally make it but was from a door dash guy and I was missing my drinks and you can tell food has been sitting for a wile beyond not happy
