I went 1 week ago with my partner, the place was full and we were on the waiting list for 30 minutes, they gave us a secluded table and the space was very small A waiter in training served us, we asked for straws and a topping and he didn't bring them, we had to ask another lady. We asked for a ticket which never arrived, when we requested the bill since we had to leave and they charged us for the ticket that did not arrive, we complained and they made us wait to ask if we could cancel it, when we returned the waiter said that they already had our ticket for If we wanted to consume or take away, after finishing our food we would not want the entrance for the end, they refused to remove it since they had marked that it was delivered, we asked them to check cameras so they could see that it was not like that and it was the way they They agreed that we would not pay extra for that dish. We saw that other tables also had problems since they were brought dishes that they had not ordered and they did not want to change them, another table spent more than 1 hour waiting for their food and they took their order 3 times.
