Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant has changed for the worse. They no longer make their own chips, but instead serve Ruffles. They used to offer a veggie muffaletta and more vegetarian options. Pickles used to come with sandwiches, but now they may or may not be included. The all-you-can-eat salad bar is now limited to one trip. It's disappointing to see them lose their uniqueness and become like every other chain that lacks care and quality. They should consider reverting back to their original ways.
Food was good and customer service was good as well.
It would be great to have a Jason's Deli in Granbury, but we don't mind driving to the one in Fort Worth to enjoy their delicious turkey muffalottas. We each order a quarter sandwich which comes with chips, and it always hits the spot. The ice cream cone for dessert is also a tasty treat. I have also had a great experience with their salad bar.
Jason's Deli consistently provides delicious food and great service, but, like many restaurants, they tend to play music at a volume that is too loud. Many restaurant managers seem unaware of the challenges that elderly individuals face with their hearing. The excessive noise from the crowd already makes it difficult to have a conversation with friends, and when loud music is added on top of that, it makes a lunch meeting with a friend nearly impossible.
System lost my online order, but they figured it out, and the staff and management was just as nice as can be, offering me a free drink and ice cream while I waited. Got me in and out within minutes.
