Chalois Mexican - Fort Worth

This place has gone downhill. It used to be one of my favorite spots with consistent quality. However, the prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down. Additionally, the staff is unprofessional and rude. I visited on a Monday morning and there were only a few customers in the restaurant. The hostess told us to sit anywhere, but no one came to take our order. The server was laughing in a corner while customers waited to be helped. My group and I decided to leave and ended up at another Mexican restaurant nearby. I will not be returning to this place again.

This place visited this weekend for the first time. I had heard great things about this place. I was excited and when I was there, the waiting period was 25 minutes, so I thought it was exceptionally good if the people were eating here! the prices were really high I do not want to pay for eating when service is exceptional. the hostess was on her handy and had a bad attitude. the cleanliness was not there the toilets were dirty and the restaurant itself was dirty. the waiter was impatient and rude, eating was brought out and the side took forever. I ordered to go also order and ask for salsa, the waiter had a posture. eating was great tortillas were phenomenal! whoever is in management and reads this, please contact the import of customer service to her personal. if they take care of this problem, they would surely be a 5-star restaurant. maybe also with chips a salsa would be a great idea!

I have always spoken very much about this place to family members who visit the opposite. that was actually mine and mine soon to be the faust date location. we wanted to live this moment again since we married in the mai '22. the quality of the food has really fallen! the prices have dried sky, the prices on the menu do not fit what they really calculate them on the entrance. when I asked, the waitress laughed simply and admitted that the prices did not match. we will never visit this place again. what a bad way to start our weekend. as a business owner, I am always updating my prices for my customers so that we avoid these problems. bad service this time!

After we had waited 20 minutes for an online order, we had to go inside to talk to a manager to get our money back because they couldn't give us time to get our order when they told us online site to be here 7:50. this place is unprofessional and slow to not mention, rudely they told us to wait back in their journey, wrapped around the line, we had to wait even longer because the cars were still sitting in the line when we pulled out to get our food. not to be here again

The food was very good! I had an extremely enjoyable experience. The decor is beautiful with lovely tile and traditional painted vases, the outside is pretty as well! Don't miss the beautiful tile Guadalupe mural inside the front door.All of the food was real Mexican food, authentic and I even found something on the menu that I had never heard of or tried before!The tortillas were not what I had expected but they were freshly homemade and very good.They have ensalada de nopales which I love and can never find anywhere, I ordered pozole which was very good. Add Chile seco to the pozole for good flavor, the green salsa is also very good to add but their red salsa is a chipotle flavor that I don't prefer.I will definitely be back soon!
