A&W - Fort St. John

A and W has become one of my favorite fast food places because of their improved customer service.

My friends and I stopped here while passing through Fort St John. Inside they had a live screen showing people’s rating on how they rated their experience. The parameters included cleanliness of the restaurant, food quality, timeliness, and correctness of the order. I was impressed...with this system and that it was on display for all to see. The food was good quality as usual. I would eat here again.

Overall the restaurant needs a deep cleaning. The tables are dirty, the establishment smells like sour meat. I know it's a burger joint but the ventilation system is not working properly. The amount of people this place serves the owner should update the inside.

As far as fast food joints go i found this one to be exceptional, the workers always smiling, friendly and hard working, always clean

I stop here often. Always friendly, fast service. Food is what you would expect at any good A&W. This is what I like about a chain restaurant, you know what you are getting ahead of time.
