There was an asian lady in her 40s or 50s wearing a hoodie so there wasn’t a name tag and doing the drive thru customer service with very unprofessional and bad service. She constantly kept on being hostile and repeating through the mic “you didn’t wanna say anything” when I asked her politely to give me a moment because my Mcdonalds app was giving me errors to redeem my filet o fish. Please tell her to get off the drive thru if she’s gonna act like somebody’s mom and seems like she doesn’t want to work with a good attitude. No one should be receiving that type of customer service when they’re just trying to get some dinner after a long shift. Thank you.

Despicable slow service. Drive thru had a horrible long line. Went inside. There was no line at the counter. Doesn't matter. I waited 20 minutes to order 2 quarter pounders. Then another 7 minutes for order. Almost 30 minutes to get 2 quarter pounders. Sad.
