Kruk's Philly Steaks - Fort Myers

Craving a steak, but apparently this location is closed. Unclear if it was from Hurricane Ian or if it is closed longer term for other reasons. Other businesses in the area are open.

Soooooo gooooood!!!!! As authentic a cheesesteak as you're going to get in Florida. They offer white cheese or the traditional whiz. The fries are divine. The cookies for dessert will nicely round out your meal.

Food is made with cheap products. Meat was almost all tough fat. A sandwich and cheese fries were $20… the quality was so pour I threw it all out. save your money and visit a local bar

The cheese steaks are quite good but the staff at this location leave a lot to be desired. The counter workers for the most part are extremely rude, curt, and miserable. If they despise their jobs so much why work here? And, how can management excuse their collective rude behavior towards their paying clientele? Truly unbelievable for the owners and managers of this franchise location to allow their staff to treat customers with impatience and disdain. Unfortunately, the knot in your stomach having to deal with these nasty workers overshadows any pleasure you might receive from a good sandwich. Shame on them!
