Bidrage med feedbackI usually say nothing, but after many disappointments I have to do it. is that a big and a small number of points? I hope not. also not a single serviette or offer of ketchup at all. at least it took only 20 minutes in the drive through the 4th car in the line.
By far the worst Sonic I have ever been to. My hot dog was not cooked thoroughly (basically raw) and the popcorn chicken was just bread crumbs. It also wasn't sauced correctly. The bun was wet and soggy and my husband's burger was cold. Good chili cheese tots though. The service was fast but food was not cooked properly and the intercoms need to be fixed. Wasted $30 on food...
Went to this Sonic after my class (10pm) I was the only customer and I got some burnt up tots...HOW?? smh. This location was definitely not so good. From the time my order was taken until I got my food...its a BIG NO for me...
I don't know what is worse, the employees outside smoking instead of waiting on customers, the consistently incorrect orders (3 times in a row), the 15+ minute wait times, or the long, disgusting black hair included at no extra charge with the (incorrect) order. Thanks to the absolutely ridiculously low level of quality at this location we will never go to another Sonic anywhere. Ever. I'd rather starve.
Not flat-out bad, but not great. Everyone knows the food you get doesn't look like the pictures on the menu, but if the menu says a sandwich will have mayo and pickles, it should have more than a teaspoon of mayo and two pickle chips. If the menu says the cheeseburger has lettuce and tomatoes it should have more than a few shreds of lettuce and one wimpy tomato slice. Lastly, if your display on the ordering panel advertises that the cheeseburger now comes with mayo and ketchup, then it should have some ketchup; mine had little mayo and no ketchup.
