Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fort Hood

The food was ok, I mean at least the tenders were warm but we asked for sweet tea and half and half and all we got was unsweetened, we had to use honey packets to make the tea sweet, not only that but I feel like the people working there should be more prepared for dinner rush. They didn't have half of their menu!! They didn't even have Mac n cheese

Ordered via drive thru asked for family SZ fries and instead of being told they only had 2 sizes I was under impression I orders family SZ fries . When getting my food the fries were NOT family SZ asked if I could order an additional order of fries and told I could get BACK in line!! That so they can be on target for their time they can’t add anything at window.Then they failed to give me a 3.49 gravy I paid for. People there don’t value a client. Service is trash will NOT spend a cent at this dump again. Worry about your target time Vs taking care of clients ?

The slowest Popeyes in the western hemisphere hands down. Use the drive through at your own risk. Would not advise the drive through with anything less than a full tank of gas. It may be actually quicker to drive to Louisiana to get chicken than getting lunch here.

Slowest Popeyes in the land! 10 minutes just to order and another 15 mins to get your food. Then you get to the counter and they inform you whatever you ordered they just sold out of. Worst experience.

Was super slow on the food, and most of the workers were just hanging out, but the food was ok when it finally came out.
