Bidrage med feedbackQuite expensive place. Service is good and decoration is nice. Big but comes in food tried buffalo meatloaf and walleye both were little tasteless and over cooked. Would recommend to look other places around can easily find better place close by.
As guests of the hotel, we were treated to the breakfast buffet. It was excellent! I have to add, the cinnamon buns were amazing! I love the ambiance of the Bistro 48, whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner :
Great food! Little pricy. Didn’t like the lack of options with an pricy meal. Food was awesome and tasty
I was in Fort Frances in early May for a business trip. Our small group visited Bistro 48 (located in the Copper River Inn) for lunch. Wow, what a wonderful surprise. I ordered the appetizer portion of the fish tacos. There were 3 good sized tacos of soft corn tortillas. The fish portion was a good size, lightly battered and crispy. The best part was the fresh mango chutney on the top. A slight heat to it and really, really good. The others had lovely looking meals as well. Fish and chips, salmon with lovely fresh veggies. Our fourth lunch partner ordered a roast chicken and although it took a long time to arrive, it was apparently super tasty and juicy. Prices were a bit high but considering what we got, well worth it. My only wish was that the restaurant had some natural light. The windows are covered in a birch-tree type effect which is fine but made the space a bit dark for me. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend.
This is an amazing great music venue with incredible coffee, beer on tap and yummy eats. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind and the space provides a warm and welcoming space for locals and travellers.
