Burger King - Fort Campbell

The only problem I have with this location is the drive thru seems horribly inefficient. Whenever there is a long line of cars backed up at the ordering speaker there is a complete gap of nobody up to the pickup window. Seriously can this location not handle taking orders and sending orders out at the same time??? It would be so much faster for customers if this place could work this out instead you pull up to the speaker, they ask you to wait a moment, and then you can watch them up at the window take the persons card, give them food and then as the car pulls off they tell you to go ahead. Please figure this out to speed this up

Good food, never had an issue with missing anything or wrong order. Drive through is a little slow though

The people who work here could screw up boiling water. How many times do you have to order a sandwich with bacon and cheese and not get either before someone gets fired or retrained......

The only reason I’m giving it a 1 star its because the lack of employees they had. I went to get my kids and myself food and there was only 1 person in the whole store. She was doing register, preparing the food and making sure their orders were bought out on time. Thats is unacceptable that she had to work by herself and there was no help! Where are the rest of the employees and the managers?! It is 1:13pm on 9-16-22. It shouldn’t be like this that one person has to do everything with no help and its on a friday and its a busy time. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Btw the worker i didnt get her name was doing a great job and under pressure. She deserves a raise and also recognition for all her hard dedicated work.

They are closed and have been closed for over two months and wont update that information on Google Maps.
