The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Fort McMurray

The steak was undercooked when I requested it to be medium rare. The lobster was served without butter, and by the time it was brought out, it had gotten cold. When the butter finally arrived, the lobster had lost its warmth. The steak, which was brought back to the kitchen to be recooked, ended up losing its juicy flavor. For $85 with tip, the overall dining experience was not worth it. Although the server was friendly and accommodating, she was too talkative and often walked away before I could make any requests. I had to wait for her to finish speaking before I could ask for anything.

Amazing. Shout out to Louise our server. Best dinning experience we have ever had. Kept our drinks topped out. Was supper friendly and we got our deserts for free since it was our anniversary dinner. Hubby hasn?t eaten then in years but after this amazing experience and service we will be back again. Great job everyone. Food was amazing as well!

Really loved our experience here. Reserved for 7 people. Had kids with us made sure the kids had coloring and commentary plate of veggies and crackers until we received their meal.

I came to this place a few times because I like the food and the service. However, this afternoon I bring my friend along for an advanced birthday dinner it?s her first time at this place. Sadly, instead, we enjoy our dinner it became uncomfortable the waitress she has a real attitude toward us and it was intimidating. We asked for another drink we don't get any.
