Cicis Pizza - Forest Hill

The food at this location is good for a Cici's. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a bit uncomfortable. With time it has only gotten worse. Restrooms aren't checked often it seems, and floors in the dining room aren't swept.

Absolutely horrible!! Do not buy here ! We made an order online, paid, when we went to pick up the order at the location, the employee said someone else had picked it up already. What!! Not that it matters, but the order name was to a women’s name, they let a man pick it up. They also charged my account two times, rounding up to a total of $100 !! And never refunded the money. The manager and employee were rude, stating that it was not their fault! When I called spoke to the employee that gave away the order they stated “I gave it to the Doordash guy.” What!?? it was an order on the WEBSITE. Not doordash. Insane, full of stupidity. the management is horrible, stop employing incompetent beings .

Food was not brought out on time. Had to wait a an hour after we got there for the wings that were ordered. Everybody else had eaten their pizza and was full by the time we got our order.

Went for the Monday and Tuesday special if you have a coupon and after we got the total correct the service was ok.
