Last Saturday, the leader was not even present to replace with his tataki tuna clerk quite good but presentation that has nothing to do with previous years! Raised in a cooked poultry and a parsillade almost immutable too much garlic. We're not coming back! Good continuation

4 stars for 1 star in less because of the 3 star dessert cheese for the room. We had booked the day before for the next night, on our arrival, ice reception, our reservation had not been taken into account and apparently they were no longer waiting for people in the room where were already 2 couples...We were Monday evening and the day of weekly closure is Tuesday, the food in the kitchen was at the end of stock... we had the air of disturbing...plast, we were installed on a table and we were deposited 3 desserts For this price level, I find that these laminated sheets as a presentation of a beverage card are not appropriate, it also lacks in my opinion for the evening service, a tablecloth, a set or a path. Then come the slate of the dishes offered on the menu it cruelly misses this same slate on the outside side street, it is a shame to have to go down the large stone staircase to come see this slate inside the restaurant! We order 2 cups of champagne in aperitif it's Mrs's birthday, there's nothing to serve with these cups! A tapenade, an eggplant caviar or a mouthing would have been welcome. ps for the young hotel school trainee, the cups of empty champagne accompanied us throughout the meal; We chose to take each one a glass of different wine, the table service with the bottle brings a real plus to the customer, that was not the case here. The girl who served us was very attentive to our satisfaction of the dishes throughout the meal, bravo, it just remains to put the plates in the right direction to perfect your training. Congratulations to the chef who can be seen working in his little kitchen. Only flat in the kitchen, the simplicity of the desserts compared to the search for the dishes offered and the lack of cooking of the pear of Mrs. For me the refined cheese plate is ridiculous 10 € . Small detail also, the noise stridents like an alarm when the chief opens the door of the oven, he doesn't hear it anymore, but we do, it's pretty unpleasant. The Eglefin is a good address on Forcalquier, it just misses some adjustments to get 5 stars.
