Bidrage med feedbackI have come hungry with great expectations that never seem to be met. It takes a long time, but I can cut them slack because of staffing shortages. The food has been marginal. Staff is friendly, but I'm not likely to return.
Teenage managers inept at directing orders properly. Sent our food to a different person. Refused to be of any help over the phone. Went in person and after a 15 minute conversation they finally agreed to at least replace the meal we paid for but didn't receive.
I placed an order online for delivery through the Panda Express app in early December and the delivery driver delivered the wrong order to me and threw it up on the porch so it was all spilled. When I called Panda Express manager they said there was nothing they would do for me as it was a third party driver and I would have to call the third party for a refund and they wouldn’t give me new food. I went down there and the manager was very rude and stated to call the company of the delivery driver, but he didn’t know which company and it didn’t not say in me confirmation emails which delivery company took it. He said there wasn’t anything he could do, so after some heated words he said we misunderstood him and that he said he would make it for it, which was a lie he enever said that. Worst service ever.

I give this place a 5-star review, because for a car through restaurant there are some really good eating. orange chicken, sesam chicken, teriyaki chicken. and a few of the bark dishes are very good!. the price for a 3rd meal is very reasonable!. with many leftovers.
