Bidrage med feedbackWanted to order some house specialty spicy fish. It's one of these establishments famous dish. This place along with 5 other restaurants in the same block offered the same type of food from a particular Chinese region. Thinking this place may be worth trying as I'm always up to support smaller establishments over more popular well known ones as their competitors of the same street. As i looked thru Yelp on pics and comments i see the price of this dish was going for 27.99. when i placed the order the last said the dish was 32.99. The dish was just ok. It was stuffed with tofu and vermicelli and a little bit of fish. Taste was ok. Service was fast as i was told it be ready in 10 minutes.
I have eaten at this restaurant for several years, but I seldom order it in the past two years due to the epidemic. I have ordered it two or three times in the past few weeks. The taste is much heavier than before. It is too salty, too spicy, and too much MSG. Salty and spicy are not acceptable to ordinary people, this should be the last time I order
Found this little cutie in a dish! What a great day!
Hey listen, I don’t care how the other people say about this place. Here is my favorite Chinese restaurant to go in Flushing. They have variety choice of dishes from South(Hunan&Sichuan) to North (Dongbei). And most importantly you can tell the chef is a master of cooking various style of food, with no compromise (if you looking for fake Chinese food go somewhere else).(Sorry forgot to take picture, will update next time I go)Recommend dishes:1.干锅肥肠 Gan Guo Feichang (Pork intestine in pot)2.地三鲜 Di San Xian (stir-fried potatoes, eggplants, and sweet peppers. )3.烧辣椒 Shao La Jiao (Burnt green pepper)If you haven’t try yet, I feel sad for you..
20-30min late though still warm. Food is always good without any doubt!
