Pollo Tropical - Florida City

This is my favorite pollo tropical by far. The atmosphere is well lit and they have a lot of great options put together well. I took away the one star for service due to their ladies restroom being out of toilet paper in the stall I chose. Very upsetting, but they have been pretty busy.

We arrived at the one in Miami Florida almost when the store closed and the service was terrible. An employee named Emmanuel took care of us and they served us a chicken wing and super bad-looking breast.

Sides were only left with beans and rice, you have to wait forever and the waitress can't even do the math and there wasn't enough change we'll never go here again

The food is absolutely delicious! The service is NOT. The management needs to work with their associates.The food deserves better service.

So about this place... pollo tropical will always be a great fast food restaurant. But if I am being honest the service really needs some attention. The lack of wanting to render service to customers is totally not present. From checking a coupon, from asking if they give discounts, and making a payment. Their and I say their because I live close to this Pollo Tropical so my kids and I have visited often to say the least through the years of living in Homestead, FL. Their representatives of their business should retrain them in the field of customer service and hospitality. Again, this is the location thats closet to my home which makes it convenient to visit. The other pollo on 288th and 137th has better customer service and same food not so close but serves the same purpose.
