Bidrage med feedbackStopping for lunch in Florac was supposed to be a chance to eat along our way into the Cevennes. It ended up being our favorite part of our day. The meal was delicious, creative, and graciously served. The “soufflé au maïs” as a side was memorable (popcorn). Thank you for a memorable visit.
This is NOT fast food and NOT a tourist trap. This is actually really GOOD homemade food with soul, healthy and filling, and delicious! I've eaten in Michelin restaurants giving me less pleasure than this meal. Few choices but better this way. And they support local producers. A true little gem like we need more of, hotly recommended and good value for money. Thanks to the chef owner, we loved your food!
You say you are open Tlj in July and August and closed on Tuesday. Good. It's Tuesday 31 August and the restaurant is closed. Not updated on Google. Good.

Very good, original and warm, to redo without hesitation
