Mcdonald's - Flint

Flew to the restaurant to place my order and sat at the counter for more than five minutes because the kiosk said to go to the counter. Finally I said sorry to me three times and what appeared to be tomorrow manager turned and looked at me and said: "they get it"! I confused a moment, said ok and I went to go the door and I said no and I turned around and said, excuse me again, I never placed my order. the manager said with the setting “You must put it on the kiosk!” I said I would, but it tells me to go into the counter. I guess I'm just going. this mcdonald’s has gone downhill. the lack of human interaction when they run in the door is ridiculous.

It is always met or miss with mcdonalds. Sometimes eating is great and it is not such a great resistance better. also recently the waiting times for eating whether it is through the driveway or mobile order is so long its ridiculous and my BIGGEST peeve is while I wait outside in the hot car, bring my shakes, but let me wait forever for eating. my shake is a melted chaos before I even move out of the parking lot! Seriously, I'll take those hits on the floor and throw them up. ?

I wanted to give up on mcdonald’s, all the others around grand blanc are terrible never order right and food taste evil, tried this and everything was right and cooked perfect and very friendly, nice to see at least a fast food location not too poor standard from the other

Absolutely ridiculous. we went there on a Tuesday at 17 o'clock and the whole crew could not be harassed to be helpful or to do the jobs for which they are paid. from beginning to end it was absolutely terrible service. I had to go to the building because we waited for two pommes for so long. When I went to the building, I noticed that they disassembled a few pommes so there was no reason we had to wait. the girl in the window let us wait because she had an employment. while I have two young children on the back who have hunger. I would totally avoid going to this mcdonald’s and going to any other in the opposite.

Come on, this is something that should not be overlooked. The person who prepared this Big Mac definitely noticed the mistake and probably thought "oh well, forget it". McDonald's, let's strive to do better. Your quality used to be top notch, but it has been steadily declining. I would have given 1 star, but you did manage to get my order correct this time, so I have to give you props for that.
