Cork On Saginaw - Flint

WOW moment! Brie was the best server ever! She went beyond and beyond. And Marge the owner and cook came to chat with us and was very dedicated. We had French Onion Soup, who was one of the top three we've ever had. Also some delicious Cuban fried pickles. For entrees we ordered swordfish, shrimp and grits, butternut squash lasagna and chicken. All were phenomenal! For dessert we got an incredibly delicious Italian lemon cake. We were completely impressed and will definitely be back in Flint.

Hands down, we're back! The Cuban Peace Pickles are amazing! The shrimp is worth every penny. My husband said his best **** Mary he ever had. Karime was our bartender/server and she was knowledgeable and attentive. We're out of the way to get back, but since it's here in Flint, we don't have to.

That was such a hidden jewel! Visiting Seattle and we had the absolute best time. Some of them came from the food and drink, but the main event was TINA. She was fast, honest and an absolute Hoot! Sounds like she's behind some of the cocktail recipes on the menu and they're not disappointed! We had the deep-fried olives (MUST), lamb tacos (especially so yum), smoked fish plate and many cocktails. You're not going to do anything wrong here. Thanks for the hospitality!

Hands below among the best food you find in Genesee County. Excellent quality, from scratches, always full of taste. If you are looking for fish or seafood, this is the best you can find in the area. There is always at least one fish special. Drinks are great, atmosphere is perfect inside or outside. Perfect for a casual dinner, date night or business meeting. Must try.

So so so good! My fiancé and I agree, this was our best culinary experience in Michigan (and we’ve been around the block! Everything was clearly thought through—from the wine list to the cheese board. Beyond the food/wine, the atmosphere is lovely! It was bustling and there were clearly regular customers that revealed how well-loved this place is. I had the fish of the day (salmon with ratatouille and my fiancé had the lamb chops. Both were prepared perfectly. Dessert was amazing as well, although I didn’t catch the name. Couldn’t recommend Cork more. Have fun!
