Wicked Az Coffee West - Flagstaff

Great coffee.. Had just left the Flagstaff Med Ctr to drive my nephews back to Phoenix after my sister they were in a rollover accident.. I needed good strong espresso after the night and for the drive the barista was so polite and friendly.. Thank you

This place was great! on a trip to flagstaff we stopped here to get some coffee as it was close to the place where we were. the barista was super friendly and informatiw and delivered us some really good drinks. my 7-year-old had a hot chocolate with peppermint syrup and was in love with the picked puppet ball on the straw. she even has a sticker to set up her water note to proudly display her favorite flagstaff coffee shop.

Just a car break here and we had real good drinks. helpful employees who are close to our hotel and are easily accessible. we like.

Now, that sucked..gotta flipping wait at least 10 minutes on a car with two little teeny boppers chicks running the dame back and forth. then hardly a hello, leave them alone, how are you..wow..wish I had not stopped at all.

Terrible business model. The barista messed up my drink, it tasted of pure sugar and nothing like a dirty chai. I asked if they could remake it or make me something else, as it’s not drinkable, and was told it’s policy that if you don’t like a drink, you have to purchase another. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for a baristas mistake. I almost never send back drinks but this was bad. I will never return. I literally drove it home and dumped it out in my sink. Wasted 8 for nothing.
