Farm To Table Bistro - Fishkill

Succulent soups and appetizers. The Entrées are even better, including duck jam. There are about four beers to the design and numerous local wines. The decor looks like a library, with some rustic curiosity. Clean bathroom and friendly waiter. In March 2022, the party of Dutchess County's Freedom Party moved to this restaurant.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience in Farm to Table. I usually eat everything and everything and recently discovered I have a number of food allergies/sensitivity and are currently on a?elimination diet? (day, eggs, gluten, sugar?yeah boring). I was so worried about where to eat in town and meet a friend. I called in advance and they were so incredible understanding and said they can do everything according to my needs. They didn't. I showed for my reservation and they had already highlighted a menu with elements that I enjoy and still offered all the changes I needed. Instead of feeling like a pain, I felt completely comfortable / welcome. Bonus? The food was fresh and EXCELLENT. I loved everything. Staff friendly, great atmosphere. Will be absolutely back when I visit family in town. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Thank you. Thanks farm to table!!!

Last night for a birthday dinner here. Food and service were excellent. I'd be back very soon.

Unbelievable meal and service. Our server was very human and knowledgeable and phenomenal at her job. I had oysters and the warm Brussel shoots and Beggars Purse for my entrée. Can't wait to go back!!!!

I went with the Mid Hudson Food Wine Society for a Portugal themed dinner. Food Wine we're excellent. Interior very rustic, like you're at an old farmhouse. Loved it.
