Cold Stone Creamery - Fishkill

Came herethe other day and ordered cookies and cream. Dumb girl gave me another ice cream with chocolate mix. I didn’t realize it until I got back in to my hotel room. Very disappointing. Will never go again the one in Poughkeepsie a lot better.

Great place if you need a decadent ice cream fix. The ice cream is fresh, and the options to make it even more decadent are considerable. Prices are, I think, quite reasonable for what you get.

Came here with my family and very happy with other customers (white people) and laughing smiling nice helpful. Once my family came (brown people) frowns, rudeness, attitude,etc. slammed me and my cousins ice cream on the counter, told us to go check the toppings and she told the shire people everything and they were frowning and everything. Horrible customer service never coming back. Overpriced as well. 2 small ice creams is 12$ the man really tried overpricing us Adele and said 19$ then changed back to 12$ horrible place do NOT recommend.

Went in to try the new Almond Milk MilkShake. Immediately was hit and taken aback by the sewer smell. Stood for several minutes before someone acknowledged me. Asked to try the new almond milk milkshake just to be told they don't have almond milk. Just really gross and unpleasant.

First and foremost, I have not been to Cold Stone in a looooooong time. I always loved it and the plethora of combinations and toppings to satisfy any sweet tooth ? But, I have not been able to go. After stopping by this location, I am afraid of pending dentist visits because the service and ice cream were stupendous! ?Ashley (and another young lady) assisted my brothers and I. We were all very happy with what we picked out and how it was graciously prepared for us. We did not have to wait, although they had a packed house full of patrons ready ? They were swift and efficient! Another plus ?Thank you for helping us put the ice cream ? on the cake ? batter batter batter We will be back for sure!
