Agriturismo Calcinaia - FIRENZUOLA

We had already been several times in this family-run farm to eat, because they all have dishes prepared by them and with excellent ingredients, but this time, to escape from the heat of the city, we also stopped to sleep and it was a pleasant discovery. The room is tastefully furnished and, together with the bathroom, (very spacious) is impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast is plentiful and composed of sweets prepared by them and croissant. Very kind and helpful staff to the customer. What to say, I highly recommend to go, if possible by joining a dinner at least one overnight, also because the value for money is really great. Thanks again to everyone for the tasty dinner and for the excellent hospitality, we look forward to being back again. See you soon! Claudia and David

After 2 years we returned to this place. The old habits return and confirm. Very good appetizer with cold cuts (made in crostini house with excellent bread and fried dumpling (good but a little thinner can you? first tasty and second you get full, but what we tasted great! In the meantime, the club has improved and expanded. Bravo!

Family lunch, great food, portions decidedly abundant but excellent, the location, while being new, leaves a little to want, especially outside, but all in all to return

In the heart of the Appennine a lovely place and out of time. Choosing for an overnight stay, we trust in a dinner that will turn out to be little surprising for quality and quantity. Rustic and genuine flavors, in the first of homemade pasta and tasty meat as well as in generous contours. Getting into the room, satisfactorily and satisfied, so much to buy the next day some unspoilt delicacies is an invaluable privilege. Finally, the honesty of the account is a path that will lead us to return.

Pasquetta with friends in a lovely place. Excellent food, the very soft Florentine was the top dish of our lunch. But also the mixed appetizers and the first really good. Honest price. I am very sorry not to give 5 stars because of the blurred wine of the house that unfortunately is not piacuto to any of our table neither the red and especially the still white. We have however made up ordering a great Chianti labeled.
