Bistro Du Vin - Fife

The starters were good, especially the tigerwagen! However, there was a hair found in the cauliflower cheese, which was sputtering and although we understand that these things happen, there was no excuse at first. the haare in this gave us the hygiene standards of the bistros. unfortunately we do not come back I am sure that we are able to find a restaurant that meets our standards for eating and cleanliness.

We are out of town and spent a long time looking for a restaurant on Christmas, we knew it would be difficult and were very excited to find you vin. in about hours note) Christmas morning called to explain the restaurant. they did not know how our booking went online and that they would not be able to honour it that it left us without Christmas meal plan. to the happiness we stay in an air b

Had a nice lunch on Saturday. although st andrews was busy, it was very quiet. as there are some steps in a hotel, customers may have missed it. we went to the fish restaurant, but it seemed very expensive. there was a great selection of food and we had a good intention. the personal was very nice.

Beautiful hotel bistro with views of the beach in st andrews. I had a very nice greeting, on our table shown and had also selected the menu that was described to us a bottle of wine. had suppe to start .. very nice lauch and kartoffel then. for a buffet in an adjoining room .. the buffet was brilliant, then I had fish and chips that always taste better through the coast and I must have my three times boiled chips .. various class .. I had just space for my apfel and berries crumbling with a seperate dish custard. we had a good idea that made it a great value for money. the service was first class, no waiting and all the staff were young, enthusiastic and all happy and friendly. it was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end.

Fabulous meal served to group of friends by a very delightful young man named Ryan. Ryan went out of his way to ensure our lunch was memorable in every way. Meals of steak pie, roast chicken and mullet all scrummy and apple crumble to...die for. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Thanks for a lovely time with the worlds best view!
