Caffetteria Tre Corone - FERRARA

This is the best of the Italian tradition of coffee. Owned by a very lovely couple who care very deeply about the quality of the products they serve and who treat customers with courtesy and warmth. Sit on the street and watch the bicycle commuters wiz by and enjoy Italian breakfast the way it was meant to be.

Stopped off here for lunch. Wish we hadn't. Ordered a piadine each .Vegetarian one consisted of a couple of slices of tomato, a leaf of limp iceberg lettuce and some cold mozzarella. No seasoning of any sort. Not the imaginative mix we've come to expect in Italy. Meat version was a few slices of less than appetising salami and nothing more in a wrap. But main complaint is that staff were unsmiling and unfriendly and made you feel as though they were doing you a favour by giving you the key to the toilet.

I put an extra star on the engagement that the mature lady made me pay with the ATM! After a little brontolage she committed because I told her I had no money and she deserved the extra star.' Beautiful overall but nothing special about the place.

I always go there when I am in Ferrara and I have to say that the bar three crowns and very PULITO and the owners are very GENTILI people.... I think your behavior towards them does not know the state of the best.

Very good coffee, very clean room and reading various reviews do not agree, it also depends on the customer. Many times it happens that the customer is rude and without respect, and does not respect the managers. This review on another that was not true
