Waffle Burger - Ferndale

The manager with blond hair was rude. We came for the drag show and it was great. The manager only came over to seat us when we sat in the wrong place that was VIP. She was not nice. The waitress with short curly hair was sweet. I will not be coming back and will tell my friends as well. I would like to speak to the owner. We had nobody come to seat us and the waiters and waitress that seat people ignored us and helped others that were not minorities. Ferndale is supposed to be inclusive. I have never experienced this at any other place. I will NEVER come back. Nasty, rude manager that is probably racist. Horrible!!

Best burger I've had in a long time. Delicious food and a friendly owner. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is nice, the service was fine, the food, subpar. I had a 2 piece chicken dinner and the cole slaw that came in a little plastic container was very, very dry. It just tasted like shredded cabbage. The biscuit tasted like chemicals. Like whatever they store them in, they absorb the taste and smell of the container, maybe?? And then the chicken was just alright. OH! And really bummed when my husbands French fries came and they are not like they used to be! Skinnier, fresh, straight out of the fryer! They used to be soooooo good!! Left hungry and disappointed.
