Mcdonald's - Federal Way

Many people say the big mc was too much scraped food, but I still love it.

Dietuck’s annoyed to allow mcdonalds to serve lattes. greedy!

Today, I received a hard, dry, and stale bottom bun from the drive-thru. I can't believe they would serve something like this.

McDonald’s food. Staff is always unresponsive and couldn’t be bothered to walk over to hand out drink cups. Good luck if you have cash and have to order at the register and not the kiosk. Food is typically cold if you go inside. That being said drive through is good (if they can manage to get your order correct. That’s about 50/50)

The restaurant in Federal Way has a great atmosphere and good customer service, although the person in charge of interviewing could use some improvement. I have never experienced an interviewer using a Happy Meal container to write down my name. Nevertheless, they treat everyone equally.
