The food was in order, but since the drive thru is a great part of wendy's experience I would hope they would invest in a better intercom system. had to repeat the order several times. I assumed that the author left me the order, but the vote was incomprehensible. this is a problem that all these dishes plague. instead of paying a development manager or food product development scientist to create new food options, money would be better spent to improve the communication system between the paying customer and the actor imho
At night the “system” is down except online orders. the system would not be down if the employees did not sleep in the dining room, and the rest of the staff were not outside the smoking grase. the dining room is locked around 19:03 clock. much will be forgotten and it will be too frustrating to get back through the drive thru. Why do you ask? well, that is because they only serve a car at a time. they take their order only when the order has left the window before them. they are waiting for order for at least 20 minutes.
Loved the mobile discount, daves single just $1? Woo-hoo. service ever, the worst took 17 minutes to get a mobile order from just a frosty burger. cash when passing through does not have to be there if they do not want to work with customers. a dame outside haunting customers when they leave the trip thru
Pulled up at 11pm and no one answered the intercom. We waited for almost 5 minutes before driving around to the window. Wen we got to the window, there was no one there! We had to knock on the window to get to someone. After we did, she looked like she was sleeping! And the other girl was on her cell phone while making the orders! SMH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If I didn’t have a DoorDash order I would’ve left like the other ppl in line!
