I order from this location all the time. However, tonight was the first time they made a mistake on their end. My 5 topping large pizza had 4 toppings instead of 5 so I had to call and let them know their mistake. I spoke to the manager (forgot his name) and he was very helpful. He apologized for their mistake and offered to replace the pizza for me. He also explained their policy so if I had anymore issues in the future. It was such a relief to experience a manger that displayed good customer service. Couldn’t be happier for my experience

Savannah went above and beyond as far as customer service and respect to rectify a situation. She was both kind and efficient. I sincerely hope the company recognizes her value!

The staff is always friendly. they forgot to cut my pizzas twice but I will continue to go to this location because the staff is extremely pleasant. keep up the good work.
