Chili's Grill - Fayetteville

Chili's is the perfect place to grab a quick, affordable, and tasty meal. We have joined their loyalty program and love getting either complimentary chips and salsa or unlimited refills of non-alcoholic drinks. My husband especially likes their $5 monthly margarita special. Additionally, they offer fantastic lunch and dinner specials.

I wish the Cajun Alfredo chicken pasta came with Alfredo sauce. Do not use DoorDash for delivery. Blessed.

The triple dipper is one of my go-to dishes at this restaurant. It offers a lot of food for a reasonable price and it always tastes hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and the prices are good. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score was because the women's bathroom was a bit dirty and out of paper towels.

We went to celebrate my youngest daughter's birthday and also my oldest daughter's husband's birthday. The service was extremely slow and we did not get all of what we ordered. My mom's food was also not made the way she requested. They did fix her orderhowever. Our waitress was very friendly but our drinks were rarely refilled and we found it difficult to get her to come to ourtable to fill them. The manager did come and apologize to us, which we did not request, and we let him know we did not receivesome of our items and asked if he could please just remove them from our ticket and he did. Overall we had a great time visitingwith family. We did come later in the evening but we still expected more efficient service.

Had an issue with one item out of the 6 or so different items I ordered. I called, explained and was given a refund. Not a huge issue and was pleased with how well staff handled it. Food was hot and overall pretty good. No complaints at all
