Cathedral Cafe Book Store

We visited this place a few years ago on a vacation tour around Appalachia, and it remains the most talked about stop to this day. It was very unique and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The food and service were great too.

Perfect stop for breakfast near new river gorge national park. Loved that they have gluten free bread!

We stopped in on a Sunday morning for breakfast. We all liked what we ordered and will go back again. I would recommend the build your own omlette. It was really good.

It was okay! Besides the stained glass windows, it no longer looks like a cathedral at all on the inside. All the workers seemed almost unhappy, except when they were chatting with my almost 2-year-old, haha. The food was typical sandwich type food. I don't regret going, but I also don't think I would go back! Although their coffee is spectacular.
