Mcdonald's - Fayetteville

Stopped into this McDonalds location for a quick breakfast. We did the drive through and we were very disappointed. The worker who took our order was very slow to communicate with us. The order appeared wrong on the screen so we mentioned it and the worker wouldn't respond after we mentioned the wrong. We just sat there and stared at the screen and said hello several times as the other line kept moving. We went inside and there was no one to help at the counter and one worker screamed that Breakfast is over behind the counter. We are not happy with this location. If I could 0 stars I most certainly would. Very unprofessional.

This restaurant serves the best food in the world. However, the night staff is not very good. I highly recommend trying the nuggets with honey mustard. They also have great plant-based options, like the Impossible Burger.

I feel conflicted leaving a negative review, knowing that everyone has off days and the staff may be short-handed. However, my experience at this location was not great due to a failed app. I do want to give a shoutout to the amazing chocolate dessert that was served by a dedicated employee who clearly loved her job. She was giving it her all, even in her final moments before leaving for the day. She deserves major props for her hard work.

The people are rude, they don't even welcome you nicely, they just throw you your food and take your money. Never thank you for having a nice day or so. and that's eating. it's fast eating!

The manager has a terrible attitude. I asked a worker about her name because she doesn't wear a name tag. I've never been treated so terrible. she has to find a job that doesn't make her so annoying.
