Cave Bianche - FAVIGNANA

I was a guest in this marvellous hotel and I took the chance to try the restaurant! The receptionist of the hotel was great doing my reservation. But when arriving for my diner my table were not reserved and I got one available and not of my taste. The concierge Alessandro were cold and lacked attention despite the fact he does not have enough English to give support. The food was good but nothing exceptional. Actually few places in Italy offered during my trip the gorgeous food this country is famous for. I asked the concierge about fresh juices and he denied... but just few metres far from the restaurant the swimming pool bar prepared the best two drinks made of fresh fruits I tasted in my life. What could that mean???? Is the restaurant in another galaxy? Well the restaurant itself needs better customer relations. I 'm Brazilian and we are experts in hosting and our way would make a lot of difference in a nice place like this restaurant! So if you want to try the restaurant make sure they got your reservation, check if your juice could be made by the cool guys of the swimming pool bar. Wines seems to be very good I heard people complimenting.

Good but not more. Service is ok, dishes also, but go to the center of the village...much more nicer and better restaurants there. On top of that they know their prices.

This is a very good restaurant! We stayed in this hotel for four days and had dinner there every evening. Very good local dishes, excellent wine selection, good service. Highly recommended!

We were guests for hotel days and we stopped at dinner. everything perfect: friendly and helpful staff, great choices of dishes also gluten-free and many wines. Not to mention you're in a quarry.

The staff is kind and professional. food is simple but great. there is the possibility to request gluten-free pasta. it was all delicious including gluten-free dishes. Congratulations.
