Smoak Town Bbq - Fate

This is worth driving to Fate Texas! The secret is out! Real wood smoked and cooked meats to perfection! Brisket is favorable and tender, like it's supposed to be! Smoked to perfection, juicy, flavor is from the cooking and not a lot of extra stuff to make it taste good! We had the brisket cheese sandwich, the brisket casidia , mav and cheese, and pinto beans. ALL COOKED TO PERFECTION. I'm not a big fan of spicy pinto beans, but I could hang with them. The Mac and cheese were cheesy and tasty...we couldn't eat enough of them! The portions are large, so bring a healthy appetite. The price is reasonable, and the truth is I expected to pay more. Overall,this was a great surprise, and I will return to try everything on their menu. They are not fast,so sit back and enjoy the time it take to prepare you for a delightful meal and experience. A Texas hats off to this long start jewel!!!

I have been 3 times and ordered something different each time, and have yet to have any disappointment. Excellent food, I highly recommend to anyone.

Get the burnt ends sandwich !!!! banana pudding is good as well
