Service was good but the food and draft beer was not. BlueMoon and Sam Adams were both sour and stale. I asked the manager to check the lines and he did, said everything seemed ok, he took both beers off and brought me a bottle. Floors were sticky. Doubt I'll go back

I've been to Red Robin's many times. I got a burger that was extremely greasy and sloppy that did not taste very good, it completely fell apart every time I tried to pick it up. The service was okay except for I could not get any napkins.... Which I knew I needed for the sloppy Burger. I had to go up to the bar to remind her that I needed napkins, so that I could start eating.

I've eaten at a lot of red robin restaurants. This one was a tad better than some. The server was very nice. The food lacked edibility. The burger needed more flavor and the garlic fries were so soggy. But at least the server came by and asked if I wanted more of the bottomless side. I got a few refills on my drink and 1 refill on my fries. The refill on fries took longer than the original food order. I'm glad I didn't waste money on any other bottomless option. All in all, I probably won't go back.

If I could give it a zero star I would. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I've had. The service was absolutely awful. They were literally bringing food to the table that we ordered as we were paying. The fries were soggy and the burgers were not well done like we ordered. I would have paid 20.00 for the 4 meals we ordered let alone the 80. Just save some time and money and go elsewhere
