Dunk N Munch - Fall River

I wanted something sweet and salty this Sunday 6/23/24 so my husband and I decided to try Dunkin' Munch since it's close to our house and we have never tried it before so I ordered a simple, chicken and waffle, and my husband ordered the Brunch Burger. Well, as you can see from the pictures below my waffle was completely burnt! And the two little chicken fingers that come with are not even real chicken it's the frozen kind made with mystery meat. We called immediately to return the food and get a refund for the chicken and waffle. The young lady that answered was nice and asked if we would like something else made to eat, but in all seriousness I simply could not eat something from there if this was what they sent out and it being my first experience with this place. She was nice which is why I gave customer service 4 stars because she said to trash the food no need to take back and she would issue a refund for the $10.99 we paid for the Chicken and Waffle plate. The Brunch Burger was nothing to brag about either and dry. And from the pictures you can clearly see that presentation or attention to detail like a burnt waffle is too much of a task for someone in their kitchen. Because that waffle was just unacceptable to send out to anyone whether dining in, or takeout.

The food is good and the service is fast. The price is reasonable

Brought my son and grandkids to breakfast for my oldest grandsons 19th birthday. I 've never been there but it 's their favorite place!!! I now know why. DELICIOUS Portuguese Eggs Benedict!!! Really incredible!!! All of the staff accompanied the cake to the table and sang Happy Birthday!!! Thank you Dunk 'n Munch for a very happy occasion!!! Kathy

Great service and food will definitely come again when we're in the area

I went into the store and I asked for a spicy scramble and instead I got regular eggs, I spoke to the women on the phone and she then proceeded to act like she didn’t know what that order, was very unacceptable
